In the XXth century, SALVIATI
became property of the Camerino family who decided to leave mosaic
and to focus on the production of decorative objects and lighting.
In 1960, a new creative impulse is given by Luciano Gaspari - the
Artistic Director.
The work of those years is
strongly influenced by the frequent collaboration with architects
such as Sergio Asti and Romano Chirivi as well as with international
designers such as Heinz Oestergaard and Claire Falkenstein.
In 2000, SALVIATI is integrated
into ARC International, the biggest European glass manufacturer, who
provides the Venetian company with means and men in order to
continue its creative research and to bring its production to the
highest standards of quality.
Today, SALVIATI remains one of
the most exclusive exponents of glassmaking.
Salviati starts a new
contemporary and fashionable collection.
In order
to keep its exceptional history and unrivalled know how, Salviati
has joined forces with expert designers to create completely
original jewellery correspondent to today's styles and desires. |
